This page explains how Airender bills, what a credit is, and how refunds and cancellation work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Credits are consumed per generated image based on output quality: a Standard render uses 1 credit, an HD render 3, and an Ultra render 4. Your monthly allotment resets at the start of every billing cycle and does not roll over. Previews you discard before generating never cost a credit.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You’ll see the renewal amount and date before you pay, and we email a receipt for every charge. Annual plans are billed once for the year (2 months free vs monthly).
If Airender isn’t for you, email legal@airender.app within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewal payments and one-off charges after the first 7 days are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the current paid period, after which the plan ends and unused credits expire.
All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise; any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout. If a payment fails, we’ll retry and notify you; access may be paused until the balance is settled. We give advance notice of any price change.
Reach us at legal@airender.app for anything about billing, invoices or refunds.
