03Do I need V-Ray, Enscape or a Grasshopper materials pass?

None of them. There is no plugin to install and no material assignment step — the AI reads your viewport image and proposes materials and lighting on its own.

04Which Rhino views work best?

A perspective viewport in shaded or rendered display mode. Wireframe and flat top-down views give the AI too little to work with — pick a camera angle you would actually present.

05Can I use the renders commercially?
